Return Shipping for Rejected or Unsold Items

To maintain our consignor-friendly model and avoid operational costs, Loop & Label does not cover return shipping for rejected or unsold items. This encourages consignors to submit high-quality items aligned with our standards.

  • Rejected Items:

    • If items fail inspection (e.g., poor condition, off-brand, outdated), we’ll notify you via email within 5 business days with photos and reasons.

    • Options:

      • Return at Consignor’s Expense: Purchase a prepaid return label (e.g., USPS or UPS) within 7 days of notification, or we’ll arrange return shipping and deduct the cost (typically $10–$20) from future payouts. ( found on consignor dashboard) 

      • Donate: Opt to donate items to our partnered Sarasota domestic violence shelter (e.g., Safe Place and Rape Crisis Center), with 100% of proceeds from shelter sales supporting their programs. This is the default if no response within 14 days.

      • Unclaimed items after 14 days may be donated without further notice.

    • A $10 restocking fee may apply for batches with over 50% rejected items, deducted from future payouts (waived for established consignors).

  • Unsold Items:

    • Items unsold after 60 days follow the same options: return at consignor’s expense or donate (default unless specified in your agreement).

  • Tip: Use our pre-approval process (photos or video) to minimize rejections and avoid return shipping costs.

Customer Returns (Purchases)

For returns of purchased items, refer to our Return Policy (available on loopandlabel.com). Key shipping details:

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 3 day request time frame and a 7 days of delivery for refund, store credit, or exchange, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Process: Initiate returns via our Wix Returns Portal. We provide a prepaid return label, with a $7 handling fee deducted from refunds to cover shipping (waived for store credit or exchanges).

We prioritize eco-friendly shipping:

  • Use recyclable or biodegradable packaging.

  • Optimize routes with USPS/UPS to reduce emissions.

  • Encourage bulk orders (free shipping over $100) to minimize shipments.

  • Support donations of unsold items to reduce waste, aligning with our mission.
